Charter Facility Projects Request Form

This facility project request form should be submitted to the Office of Space Planning (OSP) at: spaceplanning@schools.nyc

For any new charter school placements, Charter Operators will be required to submit a request form within 30 business days of onsite Meet & Greet with co-located school(s). All Charter Operators that are already co-located within a DOE building will be required to submit a request form at least 30 business days prior to when work is scheduled to begin.
