EDGAR Exemplars and Resources

The U.S. Education Department finalized changes to the Education Department General Administrative Regulations (EDGAR) on December 19, 2014. The new EDGAR has incorporated the Uniform Grants Guidance and has replaced the old administrative, cost, and audit rules. These regulatory changes have a direct impact on all federal programs. Program administrators now need to have "written" policies and procedures on cash management, allowability, conflicts, procurement, equipment management, travel and indirect costs.

The Academic Intervention Teacher Checklist is a template for a form used to document interventions to aid a student struggling in academic classes before an Initial Referral is made to the Committee on Special Education.
