The NYC DOE's Office of Pupil Transportation (OPT) has on online portal which can be reached by clicking here.  This guide from the OPT gives step-by-step instructions for accessing and using it.  Charter Schools can view school-specific information and generate reports.

OPT for Charter Schools

The Child Assistance Program (CAP)

The Child Assistance Program (CAP) is a computerized data collection system that was developed and implemented as a result of the 1979 Jose P. federal court decision, mandating the New York City Department of Education to develop a data system to track the process students go through when referred for possible special education services.  The website is here.
