The operations group meetings are intended to address common charter school operational challenges.  Meeting attendees will work together to share information, create best practices and advocate to solve system-wide operational issues. This month's meeting will focus on the following agenda items:

• Charter School compensation survey - to be carried out by the Charter Center this fall
• Best practices for volunteer management (such as documentation, supervision, finger printing, etc)
• Building councils, safety plans and permits in DOE buildings

This meeting is open to all schools, not just those located in Manhattan or the Bronx.
