Running a charter school requires the ability to be flexible and also proactive. The Charter Center assists school administrators and leaders by providing them with tools for best management practices and creating cohorts for school leaders to draw on for support. Specifically, we created the Principal Support Network (PSN ) and the Emerging Leaders Fellowship (ELF) tailored towards the needs and goals of new charter school leaders.
